The story behind the Business Name.
As a nurse educator, I truly have a passion for being a nurse and I want to share and cultivate that in others. I love to mentor and teach people within the community, the necessary skills needed to respond quickly in an emergency. In 2011, I was appointed program director to the BLS program. During the month of October we would have an event called CPR Blitz. The different tactics used to ensure that the learners were providing high quality CPR was hilarious. We would clap, tap, sing, play music, role play but by the end of class, it was rewarding to see participants retain the information that went forth and they were able to respond to a victim in cardiac arrest. In 2016, I decided to start a business, I prayed for a meaningful name. I'm a strong believer that your name should have meaning. As my program at work began to transition to (RQI) Resuscitation Quality Improvement, I looked at our VAM cart and instantly the name came to mind. Resuscitation Of Life Education Service - (ROLES) LLC. I’m in the lifesaving business physical and spiritual and everyone has a ROLE to play.
